CCPA Privacy Policy Addendum for California Residents

Effective Date: June 12, 2025

Introduction

The California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), is a state law that grants California residents specific rights related to the collection and use of their personal information. These rights include the ability to know what information is collected, how it is used, and the ability to request its correction or deletion. California residents also have the right to opt-out of the “sale” or “sharing” of their personal information.

The Global Health Congress (“we,” “us,” “our”) is committed to honoring these rights and complying fully with the CCPA. This notice supplements the information contained in our main Privacy Policy and applies solely to residents of the State of California.
